Pacific Boats & Yachts is proud to announce that we are now an authorized Seakeeper Ride dealer, expanding our ability to bring cutting-edge marine technology to Hawaii boaters.

We were the first to introduce Seakeeper Ride to Hawaii, and since then, we’ve seen firsthand how this technology is changing the way people experience boating in our waters. Becoming an official dealer is the next step in supporting our clients with installation, service, and expert guidance.

What is Seakeeper Ride?

Seakeeper Ride is a fully automatic Vessel Attitude Control System designed to improve how a boat runs through the water. Mounted to the transom, the system uses sensors and control software to constantly monitor the boat’s motion and make real-time adjustments.

Unlike traditional trim tabs, Seakeeper Ride reacts instantly—making up to 100 adjustments per second to control pitch, roll, and running angle.

The result is a smoother, more stable ride without the need for manual input.

Why It Matters in Hawaii

Hawaii’s boating conditions are unique. Between offshore runs, changing wind directions, and short-period chop, even experienced boaters can feel the impact of rough water.

Seakeeper Ride helps address those challenges by:

  • Reducing pitch and roll by up to 70% while underway
  • Improving handling and control in variable conditions
  • Keeping the boat running at an optimal angle automatically
  • Delivering a smoother ride for both captain and passengers

Whether you’re heading offshore to fish, running the coastline, or cruising with family, the difference is noticeable.

Performance, Comfort, and Control

Beyond comfort, Seakeeper Ride also contributes to overall performance:

  • Faster time to plane and improved efficiency
  • Reduced hull drag and smoother tracking
  • Better visibility at the helm due to improved running angle
  • Less fatigue on longer runs

For anglers, a more stable platform also means easier movement on deck and better overall fishing conditions.

Expanding Capabilities

Seakeeper has continued to expand the Ride product line, with systems now supporting a wide range of vessels—from smaller center consoles to boats over 50 feet in length.

This makes the technology more accessible than ever for Hawaii boaters looking to upgrade their current vessel or spec a new build.

From First in Hawaii to Authorized Dealer

When we first introduced Seakeeper Ride to Hawaii, we knew it was something different. As we shared in our earlier post, the system delivers a level of stability that can make a 26-foot boat feel like something much larger.

Since then, interest has continued to grow as more boaters experience the benefits firsthand.

Becoming an authorized Seakeeper Ride dealer allows Pacific Boats & Yachts to provide:

  • Professional installation and system integration
  • Guidance on selecting the right system for your vessel
  • Ongoing support and service

Bringing It Back to Your Boat

For boaters in Hawaii, technology like Seakeeper Ride isn’t just about comfort—it’s about making more days on the water enjoyable and accessible.

Whether you’re running offshore, navigating harbor chop, or simply trying to make the ride easier for family and guests, Seakeeper Ride delivers a noticeable improvement in how your boat performs.

And for those looking to simplify ownership, vessels equipped with Seakeeper Ride are also eligible for Pacific Boats & Yachts’ Kai Koa Club, our premier vessel concierge and management program—helping ensure your boat is always ready when the next opportunity to get out on the water comes up.
