24 Passenger + 2 crew 36′ Sailing Catamaran:

Built for stability and comfort, this 22′ wide stable sailing vessel is ideal for Kona waters.  Customers will enjoy kicking back in comfort and soaking up the Hawaiian sun either on the forward trampoline or on the comfortable main deck.  The catamaran also holds a transferrable liquor license.  The vessel has been expertly maintained and cared for, and has many years of profitable sailing ahead.  Mainsail is approximately 6 months old,  and head sail is approximately 2 years old.  Has spare mainsail as well.  Current COI 24 +2, outboard powered, in-water slip.

10 Passenger 30′ RHIB:

This state-of-the-art rigid inflatable boat offers fast adventure tours.  At 30′ in length, with shower, shade, and forward-facing padded seats, this boat offers adventure and luxury.  Current COI 10+ 2, twin Yamaha 250 HP outboards, trailer and ramp permit.

This company is offered with both boats, all current equipment necessary for operation, including approximately 50 sets of snorkel equipment and approximately 100 wetsuits.  There are three complete light boards with extra batteries and glow sticks for manta trips.   Company vehicles include a 2014 Ford van, a 2003 Ford van, and a 2001 Chevy Suburban (tow vehicle for RHIB).  There are dry storage dock boxes at the slip for gear.  The office space at the fuel dock comes with laptop computer, two credit card machines, refrigerator, and lots of new shirts and assorted hats and beach towels.  The company also comes with a robust online presence and marketing, ongoing print advertising and everything needed for a smooth transition of ownership and future success.
